Girish Reddy and Vishnu Reddy
Girish Reddy and Vishnu Reddy come from an Engineering background. They have more than 25 years of experience in nurturing technology startups and other allied enterprises. They are entrepreneurs, philanthropists and has successfully started, established and sold companies in the field of Chip design (Beski Communication Systems), Wireless Networking (Surya Networks), Chemical Manufacturing (Delmar Chemicals), Medical distribution (Medimark) and construction (Paseo Point Development). They are currently heading an IT services organization in the Bay area and have been investing in various technology start-ups both here in the US and all over the world.
Chuck Pal – President
Chuck Pal comes from an Engineering and Management background. He has over 15 years of experience heading and playing senior roles in different kinds of industries and conglomerates. He is currently heading a multidimensional technology oriented company based out of the Silicon Valley CA, which was founded by him. He was the Chief Financial & Operations Officer at Savvy Systems, a CA Bay Area based IT services company. He was the head of ERP implementation team for a multibillion dollar steel and petrochemical manufacturer - SABIC, a global fortune 50 company. He has played various technology related roles in deploying IT solutions at large to mid sized organizations across the globe. He was in charge of strategic planning and market positioning of product and services for Batliboi & Co., an engineering giant. He had setup up a cement manufacturing plant in the southern part of India (Span Cements). He had set up and sold small to mid sized companies with varied business interests. He is a highly enterprising, and an energetic person who adopts a positive approach while taking decisions.
Management Team
JP Kopula
JP Kopula (a.k.a JP) has over 17 years of IT experience. Before joining FosterLab, JP held various senior level positions in NEC BNS, Smart Digital Technology, and Fugen Solutions. He specializes in Network Security and Identity Management products and Solutions. He is currently heading various start-up operations giving direction and tuning operational efficiency. JP also held a senior level position in DishnetDSL Ltd, a Leading Nationwide ISP and VCS a Nation wide Banking Solution Provider designing and implementing xDSL Services Projects and Nation wide data Networking projects for Private Sector banks in India. JP holds a Bachelor's Degree in Electronic & Instrumentation Engineering from Annamalai University and Master's degree in Industrial Engineering from MK University in India.
Val Subbaiah
Val Subbaiah has over 10 years of rich experience in Engineering, IT, Business Process Automation and Financial Analysis. He has extensively traveled all across North America & Asia Pacific to promote products and services (IP Telephony; VoIP; Identity Management; ERP CRM, BI, Data warehousing and other), seek business alliances and new clientele. He is an Industrial & Production Engineer whose career stared with ITC Limited (Cigarettes, Tobacco, and Trading) Bangalore, India. Before long, his childhood passion for financial markets took him on a memorable voyage into Financial Analysis, Capital and Commodity Markets, Futures and Options. While working with financial instruments in Chennai, India (Valampuri & Co.; CHONA group), he realized that by leveraging IT to a great extent, Analysts would be able to better understand the price movements witnessed in the markets. Val then moved in to the Ohio Valley (The University of Akron, Akron, OH) to pursue his newfound interest in IT, where he earned his M.S – Information Systems Management (Data Analysis) and then followed it up with another M.S – Accounting Information Systems (Biometrics – Fingerprint Identification Systems & IT Auditing) from. His research led him to publish his findings including the ones in Biometrics - in Internal Auditing Journal.
Sam Geed
Sam Geed has over 10 years of technology and strategic consulting experience along with a Masters degree from the University of Massachusetts. His background includes several widely successful stints in sales, marketing, education and the IT sectors. Having numerous skills under his belt, his career has been as colorful and as varied as himself. His role currently involves heading core business development in implementing innovative marketing strategies for new business products.
Jake Parker
Jake hails from an Engineering background. Having started his career in technical marketing, working his way up, with a very diverse and aggressive technology firm, his past had caught up with him and brought him to the forefront of our team's Public Relations division. His past experiences include several decorated stints as the point man in charge of various service societies and non-profit organizations at the state and national level.
Sampath Ganji
Sampath Ganji holds a Masters degree in Electrical Engineering and flaunts an experience spanning over half a decade. He can be described as an extreme hands-on guy having extensively worked with Applications Engineering, Technical Consulting and Analysis and Systems Administration. Having started as a Linux enthusiast from its release days by RedHat, he has developed a complete open source based VOIP solution. Sampath is currently heading a start up whose product uses his expertise in open source technologies. At FosterLab, he serves the role of a technology advisor to validate and improvize product ideas and technology.
